Licence Summary |
Under the Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994, if you control non-domestic premises you must ensure that you notify the District Council of any Cooling Tower or Evaporative Condenser (notifiable devices) on the premises.
You must also notify the Council of any changes to notification information within one month of the change.
If the device ceases to be a notifiable device you must notify the Council as soon as possible.
There is no fee for such notifications.
